We are currently recruiting for a Dialler Analyst to be based at the office in Horley
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual to take on this essential supportive role.
The main purpose of this role is:
- To manage the dialler on a daily basis, ensuring productivity analysing performance.
- To provide accurate and timely operational and strategic reporting and other information for all managers in or supporting the Contact Centre, to enable them to make effective business decisions and meet business objectives.
- To support the MI Data analyst in all aspects of report administration relating to relevant business activities
Skills and Experience Essential for this role:
- Advanced computer skills – in particular, Word, Powerpoint & Excel
- High levels of integrity, initiative, flexibility and motivation
- Strong analytical skills
- The ability to use and understand complex databases and structures
- Be able to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
- You will be self motivated team player with a determination to succeed
We are looking for candidates to apply that have a strong work ethic and feel that they can offer the support that our MI Analyst is looking for. The working hours for this role are 08.30 – 17.00 Monday to Friday, but the availability to be flexible is essential
